UltraDigital Limited (trading as Comprehendly / StepCare) collects your name, email address, organisation details, and authentication information to create and manage your account, provide the Service, bill where applicable, secure the platform, and communicate about your account.

We may use sub-processors listed at https://www.comprehendly.nz/legal/subprocessors, including hosting and payment providers. Some processing occurs outside New Zealand and Australia (for example payment and AI providers in the United States).
