Comprehendly is a StepCare product operated by UltraDigital Limited.
This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on comprehendly.nz and in the Comprehendly application.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.
2. How we use cookies

3. Current marketing website
As of 1 August 2026, the public marketing site uses:
- Strictly necessary technologies required to serve pages and run demos
- Vercel Analytics for aggregated usage measurement
- Cloudflare Turnstile when the phone demo is enabled
Analytics and consent tools may include Vercel Analytics, CookieYes, and Google Analytics, as described in the sub-processor list. Where non-essential cookies require consent, a consent mechanism is provided on the relevant surface.
4. Application cookies
The Comprehendly application uses necessary cookies/storage for login, session security, and core product function. Product analytics tools (for example PostHog), if enabled for a deployment, are listed in the sub-processor list.

- Necessary cookies: Required for the Service; blocking them may prevent login or demos.
- Analytics: Browser controls may limit analytics; where a consent banner is shown, you may refuse non-essential cookies.
- Browser controls: You can delete or block cookies via browser settings.
